As a boutique interior design firm, we create refined, timeless interiors that reflect your lifestyle. From custom finishes and furnishings to procurement and installation, every detail is handled with care. Our full-service approach ensures your home feels both beautiful and personal.

1. Get in Touch

Every great home begins with a meaningful connection.
Email us at shelley@shelleyspiegeldesign.com with details about your project. This helps us determine if we’re the right fit. We’ll then schedule a Discovery Call to discuss your vision, priorities, and timeline.

2. Consultation & Site Visit

We’ll meet in person for a walkthrough to assess your style, functional needs, budget, and lifestyle.
This step ensures we understand your home and your preferences, allowing us to set a clear design direction.

3. Proposal & Design Development

After consultation, we provide a detailed proposal outlining project scope, timeline, and investment.
Each design is highly personalized, and all items are special orders made or curated exclusively for your home. You’ll have full approval at every stage, with renderings, layouts, and finish or fabric samples to help you visualize the final design.

4. Procurement & Project Management

Once designs are approved, we begin the procurement process, sourcing each item with precision.
As a boutique firm, we take on only a few projects at a time to give you our full attention. We can coordinate with your contractors or trusted Los Angeles artisans and trade partners, either on an hourly or pre-negotiated basis.

5. Installation & Delivery

We offer secure storage for items prior to installation for an additional fee. Each piece is carefully handled and inspected. A client signature is required at delivery to confirm all items are received in good condition, ensuring clarity and peace of mind.

For a seamless experience, we can arrange a one-time “reveal” installation, where all furnishings and accessories are placed and styled while you’re offsite.

6. Project Completion

The final installation brings your vision to life. We take pride in creating homes that reflect our clients’ personalities and value the relationships built along the way. Many clients return for future projects—a testament to our collaborative approach.
